अत्यधिक परेशानियों (मुसीबतों) को से जूझता हुआ व्यक्ति, न तो रात को सो पाता है और न ही दिन में उसे निश्चिंतता होती है. वह प्रत्येक पल आशंकित रहता है कि पता नहीं कब किस नई मुसीबत से उसका सामना हो जाये. हर तरह के भय और आशंका से उसका मन हमेशा शंकित रहता है.
