जिसका अपने मन पर नियंत्रण है, उसका शरीर कहीं नहीं भटक (बिना मर्जी के जा नहीं) सकता. ठीक वैसे ही जैसे पानी में छाया पड़ने पर शरीर नहीं भीगता.
भावार्थ:
चाहे व्यक्ति कितनी भी बुरी संगत में हो, पर अगर उसका अपने मन पर नियंत्रण है तो वह बुराइयों के बीच होकर भी उनसे अछूता रह सकता है और उनसे अलग होता है. मन को साधने-नियंत्रित करने से शरीर अपने आप नियंत्रित हो जाता है.
