रहीम अपने पेट से कहते हैं, तू पेट के बजाय पीठ क्यों नहीं हुआ? कम से कम लोगों का बोझ ढोकर उनके कष्ट तो दूर करता. भूखा होने पर तू लोगों से गलत काम करवाता है और भरा होने पर भी गलत काम ही करवाता है. व्यक्ति असमाजिक कार्य करने लगता है. दोनों ही परिस्थितियों में तू लोगों का चरित्र पतन करता है.
English Phonetic:
Rahiman kahat swa-pet soun, kyon na bhayo tu Peedth.
Reete anreete karen, bharey bigaaren bigade deedth.
English Translation:
Rahim is speaking to his tummy (stomach) that why you are stomach and not the back? If you were back, at least, in that case, you were of some help to people as they would have carried weight on you. When empty (hungry), you force people to adapt wrong meanings (wrong doings), and when you are full, then also people adopt illegal means. In both circumstances, you are the reason for people to lose their character.
